It's been a nightmare of new sim cards and trips to the TMO store and LONG phone convos and they are only offering to replace the current phone with a refurb of the same model (which won't fix anything!!!!)
I'm switching to sprint next month and I'll eat the cancellation fee if I have to, it would be worth it just to be able to make calls.
