I have had great success with PAM. Forget the soaking, get some Reptile Relief to kill the exsisting mites. Then treat the enclosure with PAM and leave him be for 2 weeks. Retreat with RR and PAM and you should be covered. One thing to remember...you will need to treat ALL your reptiles, not just the ones you see mites on.
