Bearded dragon care is very well documented, so on that front you're completely covered. For some reptiles, proper care is a relative unknown.
However that wealth of knowledge about how to keep them healthy is balanced out by 1) costs and 2) time and effort required.
I like snakes. I can go on a short vacation, leave them fed and happy with a full water dish, and they'll be fine. With a bearded dragon, daily care is pretty much necessary.
That said, it's not like it's that much more work than a guinea pig or rabbit, just more specialized.
On a 1-10 scale? I'd put 'em at a solid 5-6, mostly because of time involved and ALL the LITTLE things to do that make a big difference in their health.
