yeah and paired with the thinness of the font it makes it a little difficult.
Ok I already spaced the letters a little further apart. When I get back from my vacation I will switch the names and "duties" around and see what my grandpa thinks....Thanks guys

Might try removing the italics and maybe add a bold to the font?
I like the logo a lot! I also like the color scheme and the simplicity of the card.
I agree that the names and titles should be switched; I also feel that the Italics is a bit difficult to read. I like the font, but perhaps without the Italics.
This is difficult to really authoritatively comment on without the actual card in my hand, but I wonder if it might be kind of awkward to flip it from vertical to horizontal from front to back? Like, say you had a stack of them displayed at a show, and you had the front vertically displayed in a business card holder. If someone picks up the card and flips it the wrong way it'll be upside down ...
I dunno, maybe that's nit picky It also not be as big a deal as I'm picturing since I don't have a physical card in front of me. I do think it's really neat that you have both a front and a back; my cruddy little Vistaprint business cards only have a front and I think yours are more professional.
