    What should I offer him?

This guy has a male coastal jag carpet python, comes with 4 ft long PVC enclosure, heat panel and water dish. It's a younger snake, not sure of exact age. What do you all think??

Y is he selling it? Carpets are either really nice or really nasty!!! A friend of mine inherited a coastal carpet, and also inherited (which we really didn't care at the time a miserable case of mites), we didn't care I say because the python was starving to damn death. Do you have a pict yet?

wow that's allot for the carpet I would look elsewhere like you said. I've seen carpets in tubs before can't really see them well. I myself like all herps in tubs its easier cleaning. tanks are way to heavy and harder to clean. easier to view but cleaning is a ............

most of that $ is in the cage I'd bet. I know I spent more on my 4x2x2 animal plastics cage than I did on my coastal.

As far as housing carpet pythons in tubs.. some people do it. I don't. Some coastals get big enough that they look cramped in 4x2x2s. Even as adults they can be fairly arboreal, if they are provided with stuff to climb on.
