Pastel Jungle is the same as a Pastel! Cinnamons were also called Cinnamon Pastel but the Pastel was dropped and it's now just Cinnamon! The names always get shortened!
Same with enchi pastel.. now we know it as enchi.. It was thought to be another line of pastel, then after breeding and crossing it iwas decided that it wasn't realy a pastel at all and dropped that pastel part.

Exactly the same snake, I had this question when I first purchased my Pastel, and turns out there is no difference! Some people just call them jungle pastels, but most will call them pastels.
