    Yellow belly or normal

    Ive had this Ball python for few years now and have allways know it as a normal , ive just learned about yellow bellies and im having a hard time distinguishing them can anyone advise on this snake .

    I'm not an expert on yellowbelly but it looks like a really nice normal to me, no yb.

    thanks that really helps , that link was good . I just got to thinking ive got another normal but she has absolutly no yellow on the sides like this one her sides are white . anyway . thanks

    Normals vary so much in color and pattern it's ridiculous. I put my four breeder girls together for just such occasion.

    Looks like a nice normal to me. They may be subtle compared to other morphs but w/ a lil practice on lookin at different yb pics, you'll get the hang out of it.

    I use to think that they are hard to tell, but once you see some YB's you can tell the difference pretty easy
