    Thanks, BWT have you thought of a "Kreg Jig". I have an idea for stack-ables but I need them to look great too of the wife wont let them in the house.

    http://www.kregtool.com/Pocket-Hole-Jigs-Prodlist.html Check it out, and the pocket screw is so much of a stronger hold you will only need to use half if not less screws. Though I dont know how they would hold in melomine? I am planning to build mine out of aspen planks, just need to recoup from holidays
