Blue in the face green tree python

This is easily one of the gentlest snakes we own... and since he's recently matured he's got more on his mind than food. I wanted to take some photos tonight and since he's the only one that didn't eat last night he's a prime candidate to take out and photograph!

He's probably our most plain and boring looking chondro, but I love the blues that come out in him under the right lighting and he's certainly got more of it around his mouth than any of our others.

They really are great snakes, especially if you have one that wont bite you in the face! I love my Chondro and everyday realize more and more why i own him.

Great pictures and love the blues in him. Is he a Sorong?

Absolutely agree... all of ours are handleable and the majority of them are even cool with me sticking my hands in with them when I spot clean and change water out.

No idea if it's a Sorong or not... the parents are of unknown locality but Biak has been suggested on more than one occasion by people who know locales much better than myself because of the way some of the clutch looks. We've gotten a little bit of everything out of this same family though... heavy mite phasing, blaze hatchlings, some really odd shades of green....

We've got eggs hatching again here in about 2 weeks that will be full siblings to this one and the others so I can't wait to see what we end up with!

nothing plain there. If i had a GTP id want one dark green like that, with no yellow or white specks. HE is the perfect GTP imo.

I agree, plain and boring. I'm happy to help out if you need a new home for him.
