    How to read when mind wanders!

    well im trying to read a book called "The Secret" it's all about thinking positivitly but my mind is so overcome with negative thoughts that whenever i try to read my mind starts to wander lol does anyone have any tips on how to stop this! ugh its annoying!!!!

    I get a similar problem when I try to read sometimes too. The solution: stop reading and go back to it a day later when you've done everything that you need to do, because then it'll at least be a little easier to concentrate on the book and the meaning can actually sink in.
