If she's close to ovulation, then you'll be able to feel the follicles. Don't be afraid to put some pressure on her belly, she'll just flatten out a bit and it will actually make it easier to feel the follicles and they should feel like big marbles. They're quite unmistakable if she's actually building close to Ovy
how many locks have i seen? and since when have they been pairing?
well i've seen alot. since early sept, late august. i have put my male pastel in with her every week. and every week, i've seen them lock up once to 2 times each week.

i have tried palpating and dont feel anything.
but i also dont know how to properly do so.
when i do, i feel nothing but soft belly and her muscles.

these two have been locked up many times for a while and each time for HOURS AND HOURS

i know its still december and im gonna have to wait till it gets warmer
for her instinct to kick in and ovulate.

but will there be any signs to look out for to indicate folicles?
will she stop eating before or after she starts developing folicles?
while building folicles, do they keep to the warm side, or cool side?
do they always "bowl-wrap" or become "lumpy"?

any help would be well, helpfull.
