She's VERY pretty!
A typical shed process doesn't cause the vent to look like that. However, if the irritation was just a surface issue...or an old issue that has been healing for awhile now, then it can be shed off in a single shed. I'd still keep an eye on the area and keep her substrate clean and dry. Looks to me like she's well on her way to 100% recovery in an excellent home.
