It's not eating "less"....it's eating a lot MORE vegetables. And if I'm eating that much veggies, then I don't have room for so much bread. (even the whole wheat variety)
Very true about the exercise stuff. I'm not afraid of "getting big"....I just have to fight off the lazy-momentum and get 'er done. And that's what this week is all about...getting it done. And once I get that routine established, it'll be a lot easier to stick with it.
