    Certainly, if I sat and ate them nonstop like I used to do with regular chips, I agree completely. But a deliberate serving isn't bad.

    One whole tortilla is 110 calories. At the very most, if I get heavy-handed with the PAM, that adds another 7 calories to the whole tortilla. So let's call it 120 cals per tortilla...split into eight pieces, makes it 15 calories per chip.

    But I do believe that in order for me to break through a tough plateau, even reasonable snacks/side-dishes like this one need to be kept out of the picture. I'm definitely focused this week!

    EDIT: A "serving" being 8 chips, or one whole tortilla
