In case you were interested, here were the overall results of my year's breeding:

22 eggs that went to term with 10 pastels, 2 spiders, 3 bumblebees, 4 normals, and 3 butters.

Unfortunately, 1 spider, 1 normal, and 1 pastel could not digest food properly - they refused eating on their own, and when assist fed, they did not digest the food, and died . I had a few trouble eaters that I had to assist feed a few times, but all are now eating on their own, including a butter that I had to assist for almost two months but has now taken 6 feedings IN A ROW on his own!

I need to post a new pic of my first bee - he is already almost 300 grams, and is beautiful! He is a true blue avid eater - he's the biggest of this year's hatchlings right now. Gotta love watching them grow up and get big and strong
