What's the best way to keep your hogs fresh?

It's hard finding a cool place in my basement as it stays in the mid to high 60's during the winter. I need to keep the hogs around 57 or so.

LOL...you can use my basement...a walk-out with a dog-door that faces north and lets the bitter north wind blow right into the house.
