What kind of Cal King is this?

My friend works at an aquarium store and someone dropped off this little Cal King, but we don't know what kind of color phase it is, I am a BP girl and she is a RTB one so we can't come up with the right answer!

It is in shed so it obviously is very dull now in comparison.

Sorry for the crappy iPhone pics too!

It's an aberrant patterned one and that's about it. There is tremendous variety in calkings.

    Looks like it's a boy.

Why would you say a boy. I am curious I thought the only way to tell is by probing. I have a rescue king that I was wanting to get sexed but can't find anyone to refresh me on probing. If they are sexualy diamorphic in any way please explain.

At that size the males tend to have much longer thicker tails than the females. I won't say for sure since I haven't seen it in person, but I'm pretty sure it is.

Post up some pics of the underside of the tail and I can give you a more definitive answer.
