I find helping others to be a welcomed relief from the drama-threads.So I wouldn't say all of us are ignoring one for the other.
In the grand scheme of things around here, the drama is but a tiny fraction, and the threads easily identified and avoided by those who don't care to read it. Of course...natural human curiosity and other quirks of our nature often compel us to open threads even when we know we shouldn't....so it can SEEM like they are taking over, because we can't stop clicking on them even when we don't want to.
