So why is your group attempting to prevent them from carrying out their rights that are covered within government laws? Why would a member of your group take a boat into the cove and cut the nets the fishermen were using? If in fact you believe what you are yourself stating above, why are you there trying to prevent them from fishing which is in fact (by your own words) legal?

But I don't beieve you are "asking" them to change their culture. Can you actually say that your group's activities would remotely be considered, in any culture, as "asking them to change"?

    I await your response.

Please refrain from using this type of language while we are having an adult conversation.

Please state what national or international laws Japan is violating. That's all I'm asking from you. What laws are they violating?

All except that pesky research clause. I believe it's Article VII of the IWC bylaws. In fact, it was a bylaw of the IWC predecssor.

But that's where we differ. You can think what you want, but I deal in facts. What Japan is doing is immoral, but it is not illegal, regardless of your "feelings".

Again, lets stay on subject. Please refrain from useless diversions.

Smitty...BG has a saying. He's said it before, and he'll say it again now.

Only a fool argues with someone who knows they're right. BG is no such fool. Somehow BG doesn't think this will satisfy you, but that's all you're going to get from BG from now on. Seek help my friend.

Now let BG check on the other nonsense here.
