    Unhappy help

    Ok well I've almost had him a month now and I still can't get him to eat his veggies all he will eat is his super worms and crickets. He is startin to look skinnier to me and I'm obviously not doin somethin right can someone please help me

    stop with the worms and stick with the crickets until he is older so that he doesn't get impacted. Also keep offering veggies everyday...collards, mustards and offer squash. Make sure you cut it up really well for him. When they are young the intake should be 20% veggies and 80% crickets. It took my Bob almost 8 months before she would touch a veggie....some actually never do. The key is to keep offering. Also you can put in a little fruit once a week or so. Rasberries....strawberries.....bananas.... if you find one she likes....you can squeeze the juice on the greens and that may jump start her.

    Also make sure you are giving your beardie a bath weekly. They will absorb water through their cloacol (pretty sure I totally jacked up that spelling ....sorry)
