I have always buried them, but I am debating on if and when the time comes that my morphs die I may mount them.

Re: What do u do with Snakes that have passed away?

i was wondering the same thing. im curious to see what people are going to say. my normal who was my first snake i would prolly stuff and mount somewhere in my home cuz shes my favorite. maybe if i produced my own babies who were amazing i might do the same thing and have them in a reptile room or something
A room full of empty racks and thermostats that have been unplugged.

Burial via the local landfill. I put them in the trash.

    Done.

I haven't lost a snake yet...but if I did, I'd probably bury it. I don't find it "cruel" to skin and mount an animal....but I wouldn't get anything pleasurable out of it either. Never cared for the idea of dead animals mounted in the house.

Re: What do u do with Snakes that have passed away?

Thank you JLC and i just think it would be cool to kinda have in my snake room to have a skin from a nice looking snake that passed away on accident and maybe see about gettin the skeleton too on display that would be more of an educational thing because when some ppl think snakes (not us) they think ew big nasty worms so it would be cool to show them the bones

I was forced to trash my first snake loss. I put her in a shoe box and taped it shut then in my apt dumpster, RIP. but the first snake i owned a burmese in 5-8th grade was lost in a garage fire where her custom closer was built. VERY SAD rip again

still debating on mounting or burying, i love my BP and its my first and only snake so far and parting with it will be really hard. but i am leaning on burying.
