What's the longest you've owned a BP?

I was looking at the poll about how many BP's people own but now I'm curious as to how long you've owned them for... I want to see who has owned their BP for the longest!

I put "up to 1 year" but we've only had our girl for around a month

I've had my had my newest Black Pastel BP for a couple of weeks. But I had a normal for over a year! Deploying with the military is why I had to get rid of that one! No more trips to Iraq for me! So, I'm getting many BP's!!!!

i got my first ball python in 1998 and still have him today. It was a normal and that started me searching on the internet about care and thats how i discovered morphs. Its been an obsession of mine ever since. People look at me crazy when i tell them i really enjoy cleaning poop out of snake cages. I think ball pythons were the first thing since soccer and running where i was like this is something im going to be doing for a long time. Sorry for being so long winded (i really went off topic here).

I got my first pet Bp in 1991 for a birthday gift, and kept it through my later childhood up until going to college(2002). I sure do miss that one, but its in a good home now.

I've owned Balls for about 25 years. My oldest at this point is 13 years old and she's puts out a solid 9 egg clutch every year.

I should probably respond to my own poll... I just bought my first BP less than a week ago but I am planning on keeping him until the very end!!

I bought my first bp right at 3 years ago, was a partial bday gift for my son who was 4. I have always loved snakes and researched which ones i would like best and i have absolutely fallen in love with mine. My son added "another snake" to his christmas list so I just picked up a 1.0 Het orange ghost for his christmas present. Im so happy that he has a similar love for these snakes as i do
