What makes a Blue Eyed Lucy?

To get a BEL:

Mojave X Mojave

Lesser X Lesser

Butter X Butter

Mojave X Lesser

Mojave X Butter

Lesser X Butter

Phantoms and I think Mystics fall in there somewhere, but I don't remember where. Each of these combination's produces different grades of white in the BEL.
