2 Question or A & B
1. What would happen if you took a super black pastel and a super cinnimon? i cant calculate it on any of the morph programs.
2. There was 2 babies normal balls at the store i was thinking about getting but the co-op kid got the one before i did, next time when he ask i tell him nothing lol. But the one that is still left is the one i had my heart set on, this is why. On the normal balls they have the black "anchor" on the face if its looked on straight down right, but in the black on the sides of her face (both same size same spot and colour) shye has this highlighter yellow freckles, its like some on took a marker and gave her nostrils in yellow. Her body is like a normal is a line on her back but she is might more beige or pale then every one else.
Could this be because of a parent being part pastel or is it a quirk? And i should definatly grab her.

Re: 2 Question or A & B
1. I believe all the offspring would be Cinnamon Black Pastels
2. That sounds really interesting, if I were you I would get her as a dinker, sounds cool and could prove out to be genetic, even if it's not related to a pastel gene. She could be a lower grade pastel, you never know!

I believe black pastel and cinny are two different expressions of the same gene. So...I THINK that if you bred a super black to a super cinny, you would end up with all supers...but they may be varying shades of black/gray depending on how the genes express themselves.

It's about impossible to judge a snake based purely on a written description like this. If you could get a picture of it, folks might be able to offer more concrete advice. But I can address some of it...
First off, there is no such thing as "part pastel"...a parent is either carries the pastel gene and shows it...or it does not. And if the gene did not pass on to the baby, then it is completely normal regardless of whether or not it may have pastel siblings in the same clutch.
"Normal" ball pythons have a huge range of patterns and colors and are prone to all sorts of "quirks" that make them fun and beautiful. Should you "grab her"? That is entirely up to you. If you really like her just for what she is...then go for it! If you'd be sorely disappointed to find out that she's not some special morph...then I'd pass.

Her eyes are half silver and half black if that makes any difference on both sides like a bobber, i want her just like every other snake i see lol.

Re: 2 Question or A & B
65-85 doesn't seem like too much money for an exceptional animal...normal or not. But that's just me. If that seems like too much money, then maybe this isn't the best time for bringing in a new snake?
One of the most difficult aspects of this hobby of ours is that there are ALWAYS beautiful animals that we ache to own but can't have.

Re: 2 Question or A & B
Ya, I agree. I want them all! LOL. The best time to go look at snakes is right after the weekly rat/snake cage cleaning. If you still want her, than I would buy her. That is what I try to do to keep things manageable. After cleaning 26 snake tubs and 27 rat cages if I still really want the snake I'll buy it. LOL Good Luck!

That's up to you to decide. If I were in your shoes I would pay that money if I liked the snake, normal or not.
