What Can I Do?
well my sable is about to shed any day now has really cloudy eyes and is always in his water bowl my boa too. my problem is that at night it gets really cold and when i grabbed them they were freezing to the touch my boa almost seemed limp until i got her and removed the water bowl my other snakes stay around there warm spot even if they are on there cool side it does not get as cold as the water. is it ok if i remove their water at night when it gets cold. during the day its just like any day thanks.

Why are the enclosures getting THAT cold in the first place? Regardless of what you do with the water bowls, you MUST get that issue fixed, or you will end up with some sick snakes on your hands.
Temps should stay around 80 degrees at ALL times...for ball pythons, at least. I'm not as familiar with minimal temps for boas, but I believe they are about the same. Absolutely no less than 75 degrees for the balls. Just because they have a warmer side of their enclosure doesn't mean they will use it, even if it's super cold. There have been studies that show snakes will wander out into freezing temperatures and die, even if they have a warm enclosure to return to. We should not expect them to "know better"....it's up to us to provide healthy temps.
As for the water bowl...if they're more inclined to soak and get even more chilled...then yes, remove the bowls at night. They don't NEED to soak anyhow, unless they're trying to relieve themselves of parasites.
But please...do whatever it takes to get those overall temps up...then you won't have to worry about the bowls at all, and your snakes will be far less likely to develop life-threatening RI's.

well maybe i over exaggerated on how cold it gets in the room they are in rarely i mean rarely it goes below 75 . and by my boa being limp i guess thats is also not true well it does move the same like all alert and stuff it just felt kind of strange and just right now i just grabbed her and she feels the same as the day i said she was weak i dont really know boas im new to that. i had ball pythons for a few years now same setup and temp and they are just perfect i guess this never happened before and it kind of scared me. started to add to my collection and i guess i just dont want nothing to happen to them.

Re: What Can I Do?
The only way to know for sure is if you have an accurate thermometer measuring both warm and cool side temps.
