Interesting that you got a e-mail saying that Dave Levac might be against this bill when HE WAS THE ONE WHO STARTED this bill 125.
You can count on this being a real nice copy and paste job of all the provincial reptile regulations like what we got in BC along with some from Alberta and Saskatchewan and when all said and done a huge amout of species will become illegal to own. 75 % of the list made in BC were reptiles. Also all rescues had to get permits and are NOT allowed to rehome any listed species unless the people looking to adopt the newly listed species has a permit as well and are never allowed to breed the species. All listed species in BC that require permits are NOT allowed to be bred.
