Now .I am assuming you are talking about Nascar .... I mean NO DISRESPECT to your Sport by NO means ...BUT ....What do people get out of watching a bunch of cars drive around in s circle 300/500 times . I always laughed at it BUT also never knew any TRUE nascar fans maybe you guys can help me out . Why Watch ??? I feel as though there is not much of a difference than grabbing a folding chair and sitting next to the local highway!!!

I used to feel the same way. Then years ago I saw a broadcast of a classic race. The announcer was so excited about everything that was happening that I couldn’t help but get excited to. Nascar is the most competitive series of professional racing that there is. 43 cars running 180+miles an hour within a couple hundred feet of each other. There are plenty of races where the 1st and second place are within 100th of a second apart. I like to describe it as chess at 200 miles an hour. All you have to do is see one really good stock car race and you’ll understand it for yourself.

If you have to ask, then you just don't get it.
