If one picture is stolen, the other might be as well.
If a seller can't be trusted to send simple photos of a snake he/she is selling, they cannot be trusted at all!
I say pass on this deal altogether, goodness knows what you might be getting into.

But they can go pick up the snake. It's available in the same city. What harm would it be to go look at the snake and if it is the same, then buy it. If not, walk away!

Nowhere in the posts did the OP say he got the second picture from the seller. So I don't know exactly where the second picture came from. Maybe the OP found the second picture on the net and wanted us to compare the 2 snakes.

Even if the snake appears healthy in person, that's not to say the owner has even been taking proper care of it (if they even have it). I will not buy from someone I cannot trust, regardless of how good the deal is. The "good deal" could bring something into my collection, regardless of quarantine, and to me there's no deal worth the health of my entire collection.
