The yawn can be a device that the snake uses to reailign its jaws after eating. Other than that, I don't think anyone scientifically knows why they do this.

I don't think it's anything to worry about, but I'm not there to see it personally. The only Caviat, would be if the snake would happen to have something stuck in their mouth.
