I keep all my snakes at the same temperature all year round, I don't drop temps or cool at all, and I have had success with breeding for the last 3 seasons. The benefit for me is that it lessens the risk of RI's as some snakes seem to be more susceptible to getting infections from temperature drops than others, I figure it's much the same as humans, some people a plagued by colds, whereas others rarely get them. I keep my hot spots at between 92f and 95f year round, and my cool end is normally around 80f to 85f. Gravid females seem to like to lay their eggs in the middle of their tubs between the two temperatures.
