I own the program but have not completed a full 90 days of it yet. I made it through 6 weeks of the program and then I came down sick, for about a week.![]()
My issue was that I was not eating enough. I was doing the workouts as scheduled but I then added a 3 mile run/3 times per week. I was not taking in enough calories to support all of the work that I was doing.
On the plus side, I dropped about 40 lbs in that 6 weeks and my cardio was amazing at that point, it seemed like I had endless energy all the time. I believe that it is a great program.
I definitely have to get myself motivated to begin it again.
