frustration frustration frustration........
i have a baby ball for about a little over a month now and hes regurged twice the first time the temps were off, i fed him 2 weeks later it was another fuzzy he kept it down 5 days later i bumped him up to a f/t hopper and it was too big for him and he regurged it and the fuzzy before that ended up coming up with it and now he hasnt had a full meal the whole time ive had him im geting really worried hes REALLY skinny, and now hes startin to act weird like not go completely into his hide and everytime he moves his head bobs back and forth and it started a couple days ago but now its REALLY bad he cant make the smallest move without bobbing his head its almost like hes drunk and he keeps rubbing his face on the glass and the bark bedding, his pee keeps getting cought on his tail and cloaca w.e you wanna call it and i keep having to clean it off of him, idk if its cuz he hasnt eaten in a while, should i try feeding him a f/t pinking so he has something in his stomach, tomorrow will be 1 week since the regurge anyone heard of this or had any problems like this? and i dont wanna take him to the vet unless i absolutely have to cuz i dont have money for that

Nothing you just mentioned sounds like anything good at all...
Where did you get this baby? Pet store? <---Important
What are your temperatures like? What is the cage itself like?
Humidity levels?
Give lots of detail on how he's being kept, everything.
Sounds like nothing good to me, I'd suggest a vet visit ASAP, and quarantine from any other reptile you may have.

Re: frustration frustration frustration........
There is not always a visible sign of RI. It sounds to me like you have a very sick snake on your hands and a trip to the vet at the very soonest you can arrange it is the only thing I know to suggest.
Even with less than optimum temps, it's rare for a bp to regurge due to temps...they would have had to have been WAY off to cause that. And a hopper is not too big even for a newly hatched bp...so I seriously doubt size caused the second regurge...especially if there was still enough of the previous mouse to recognize as well. Something is seriously wrong with the poor little guy.
Where did you get him? How long have you had him?
Here's what I would do in your shoes. I'd find a vet TOMORROW (or "today" depending on what time zone you're in!)...and schedule the first available appointment they can give you. In the meantime, I would keep him warm and would not handle him at all to avoid any unnecessary stress on his already very stressed body. Make sure plenty of fresh water is available and leave him alone.
I would also wait one more week before attempting to feed again. He likely lost an awful lot of his gut fauna that helps them digest and it takes time to build that back up again. After the week was up, I would offer a small fuzzy and see if he held that down. That is all pending, of course, on what the vet recommended.

Is this the same little guy who is underfed?
You should have him checked for parasites if you go to the vet (bring a stool sample). Also, like I said, if you need help with getting mice...I live far away but there has to be some way I could help you get him food. It sounds like you care about him.
I hope he gets better soon.

Re: frustration frustration frustration........
Hi,
It's not so much he is underfed ( that would imply the OP was not feeding him - not the case ) but that he is ill and has regurged twice.
