bug in my snake cage!?!?!?!?

so I found a beetle in my ball pythons cage and I was wondering if anyone can tell me what it is and maybe where it came from... I use petco brand aspen shavings for small animals and I think it might have come from that, but maybe you guys can tell me more

Looks like some form of Scarabaeidae. Just a regular old brown beetle. Harmless probably, but can transmit disease so better that you took it out. Wouldn't think it serious but hey, you might want to write a letter to petco, get some free aspen out of it
