Umm, no she isn't rare at all, send her to me for full examination!
Actually even Ralph Davis will tell you that very reduced normal ball pythons are quite rare and the one you have is very nice. granted the one on Ralph's page is INSANE, yours is still quite nice. No one wants to take the time to prove it out, so it very well could be genetic.

to really make the call, we need better pics. full body shots etc. now it looks like a nice reduced but u cant really tell. so please post better pics
there are a few things that trp (true reduced patterned) balls have. to get and idea we need belly shots and head/ neck shots. u can also look at hunters guide to the morphs- he explains that very well there

Yeah i WISH i could have Ralph Davis's Calider that's in my avatar, but oh well...
