IMO 2 yrs is a MINIMUM but that depends on whole host of other factors, typically the 3rd winter will be your best bet.

I have some 06 females that turned off feed for no real reason at 600 and again at 1000g and are just this season going to be big enough to breed. Just an FYI for you. But I would keep the pastel female for sure no matter if it takes them 2yrs or 4 to get big enough it will be worth the wait.
