Strange pink marks on her belly??

That's what I was sort of thinking, but not too sure!
Also, I'm sure she's in her winter fast, but do they sleep more as well during this time?

Not sure..Never clocked their sleep amount..to gauge..Mine don't cause they are breeding so very little sleeping going on in my racks..

My white snakes turn pink when they move, its just the blood being seen, like squeezing your finger or something..

Burns don't just go away they blister, peel, ooze like a burn..
