Ditto to the above...have you asked to see if he/she sent the wrong one? Don't worry about insulting their intelligence. In the end, you are a consumer, and they are the supplier and if you question them they should answer you politely without getting upset or insulted...otherwise I would think they had something to hide

Sorry, that's definitely not a yellowbelly.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I thought she looked a bit normal.
Bass&Balls the breeders are local for me. So I stopped in a couple days before I purchased the snake to take a look at her, with my inexperience looking at yellow bellys I said sure Ill take her. And took her home a couple days after. Not really sure what I should do in this situation.
Dont really know if I should go back to the breeders or try to sell/trade her on my own to someone else, and get what I want.

You should take her back to the breeder. There is no way that is a Yellowbelly. Any reliable breeder would know that is as normal as a normal gets.
I would be questioning how reliable they are if they sold you that as a Yellowbelly.
Good luck, hopefully you will get you money back.

What is their return policy? If they have a satisfaction guarantee, you can always just take her back they can't really refuse to let you return her.
That snake definitely lacks the key features of a yellowbelly. Do you know if they produced her, or if they purchased her from someone else? They might be in the dark on how to identify a yellowbelly. Either way, I would take along a copy of something describing a yellowbelly, and pictures of adult, juvenile and hatchling yellowbellies, so that you are prepared in case they decide to contend you.

Not a YB!
If you bought her as a YB then you need to get your money back because she is not a YB.
The first thing is to contact the seller, be nice and see what they have to say, and then if they refuse to take the animal back you can escalate and take it further.

Not sure what their return policy is, theyre not a pet store or even a reptile store or anything, but I did get a receipt from them. On their website they actually have a couple pictures of examples of yellow bellys. I think theyre available tomorrow or wednesday, so Ill call them then. I am not sure if they produced her or not.
But I might see if I can trade her for a 2010 female morph.
