I only have the one GTP so I'm no expert but he's never bit me. He's more flighty than interested in biting. I just make sure when I open the cage that he knows it's not feeding time because he will come at you with mouth open if he thinks it's feeding time, especially after lights are off. He seems to be the favorite of the non snake people that see my collection.
