Prices for boas at reptile shows

Hey Im interested in getting a boa. There is a show coming up in a couple weeks and I was going to get one there. But a friend who owns a store offered me one for $75. Would I be able to find one for cheaper than that at a show? Or would getting it from her be a better deal?

wat kinda of boa? just a common RTB or do u want something special like a Hog Island or a Suriname or a Bolivian or just a regular ole Colubmbian Red Tail Boa?

Its my first Boa so just a common variety.

I got a female Columbian for $45. All depends on the breeder's prices, I think.

So is $75 a good deal or should I wait and go to the show? I do know the seller so If i had any problems I could go to her. I just dont want to get one now if you think I could find a better deal or snake at a show

I would wait till the show,the last show i went to 3 weeks ago had baby columbians for 40-50$ and i saw a tub of nice 50-50 suriname/columbians for 75.I had no interest in getting a boa and i almost got one of the suri/columbians cuz they were smokin!
