    Neonates can be nippy. Give the snake some time. Keep feeding regularly, every 5-7 days. What size mouse/rat are you feeding? The snake could just be hungry, or it could be a nipper. Either way, have fun with the snake. If you were to be biten, it's not going to hurt. You're going to be more afraid of the strike than you are of the bite.
