If you've had her that long I'd say she's just stubborn to accept you handling her. Just keep taking her out for a little every day that you can (barring feeding day and the two days after) and she'll calm down eventually. Don't worry about being tagged, it doesn't even hurt lol, just don't pull away if she does tag you.
