This right here means he already spent the money sorry but this is just bad practice, as a breeder myself the fund received do not go anywhere until my customer is fully satisfied with the transaction (whether it is one payment transaction or an animal on a payment plan)

Yes things happen but you do not spend money that is not yours and someone claiming to be in business for 20 years should know that

I agree that for this guy to have spent your money while giving you nothing is dead wrong.
And he has a lot of chutzpah to pretend to be offended that you expect a prompt refund when he took your money and spent it and gave you nothing.
If he did that to me he could fully count on having his name mentioned every time that I posted about it it, right up until I had my refund in hand.
