    Can you cut flexwatt wherever ??

    I have a couple pieces that are too long for my tanks and want to make them fit better It says you are only supposed to cut where it says? 1 piece is the full 11 inches and I only want 7.

    problem is there quite a few different flexwatts out there now, usually your just trying to avoid cutting the heating elements. post a clear picture of your flexwatt and i can most likly tell you where its safe to cut

    It's still in use ATM. Just wanted to know if and where to make safe cuts. I didnt want to take it all off until I know what I can do with is. It's the Caloriq or whatever it says brand.
