the only problems i've ever had have been my order getting stuck at customs going from the US to Canada, which is NOT a bean farm problem. whereabouts are you? if you're in the US, you should be good to go!

I would recommend utilizing your local mom and pop pet store if you have one available to you. We need to continue to support the local shops or they won't be around much longer.

If you don't have any local shops, I would recommend supporting anyone on BP.Net This is almost as good as your local store.

Since I have a monthly reptile show and a great pet shop, I don't know who to recommend.
