    I will

Someone send me a pm in a few days and I will take a pic of a mystic, phantom, and a mojave next to each other. Go figure that they are all in full shed at the same time.

Re: Visual Difference betwwen Mojave and Phantom

Heather talked about this just this week:

    http://heathersherpsblog.blogspot.co...-specials.html

(From what I've seen, mojaves are usually brighter and less-normal-looking in their coloring. And their gold spots are much more evenly filled with black-- they almost look like pale cinnamons.

Mystics/phantoms are brighter than normal with lots of blushing, but not compared to mojaves. They also usually do have busy/filled patterns, but again, you'd be much more likely to mistake a mystic/phantom or a normal. You never would mistake a mojave.)

Here is a pic of my Phantom male I purchased from Chad Brown at Tinley two weeks ago. I also included a pic of him along with one of my Mojaves for comparison.
From what I can tell the Phantom's just look like ugly Mojave's

    Hmm. That's odd.

Do most people's mojaves have black eyes?

Two of my mojos have silver-topped eyes. The third has black eyes.

It's still inconclusive to me. I'll have to take some more pics of my 'mojave' male tonight, when he's done with his current girlfriend....they've been going over 24 hours!

I sort of rate the BEL complex traits by how extreme they are from a normal.

On the scale of "how 'lesser' do they look", I give lessers/butters a 5/5, mojos a 3-4/5, phantoms a 2/5, and russo hets a 1/5

I've loved BELs since I first saw them. However, the super phantom is WAY more gorgeous than a BEL. drooooooollllllll............... BTW, how long do they lock up for? My mojo male has been locked up for over 30 hours now!

Alright, I have some pics of our mojo.

He sure didn't want to hold still for pics, though.

Anyway, tell me what you think. Could he be a phantom?
