I just bought a Herpstat II from Rich and the experience was nothing but positive. Rich answered all PM's very promptly and shipped my order EXTREMELY quick. When I opened the box, the Herpstat was surrounded by LOTS of super soft polyfill to protect it during shipping. I'm pretty sure a dozen eggs would have survived in that box.
