Chicago-land breeder
Hey guys, wondering if anyone knows of any good BP breeders in the chicagoland area (I'm south chicago suburbs). The one breeder I know of in Manhattan doesn't have the morphs I want (butter, lesser, or pewter) and neither did the chicago reptile house. So I'm turning to you guys! Any ideas?

lol... you should have asked this last week.
This past weekend was NARBC at Tinley Park, the biggest reptile show in the area. As with all reptile shows there were (too) many ball pythons of every variety everywhere.
As for anyone who lives IN chicago, I don't know of a single one.. sorry.
My guess is you're either going to have to make a long drive or ship. There are plenty within a few hours drive of Chicago.

I was actually there, lol, but I wasn't looking to get another BP yet (as I'd just gotten my first one two days before that). I just decided I wanted another one yesterday, so I'm shopping around to find good breeders and I'll probably wait a few months so I can get the best deal and a good looking snake :3
Thanks for your comment!

This weekend (sunday) there is a smaller expo in Wheaton, IL. Its only a 40 minute drive from the city, assuming no traffic.

Most of the local breeders will be there and there will most definitely be what you are looking for.

If the Chicago Reptile House doesnt have what you want they can get it for you. Also you can check out Mike Kliest at Area51exotics.com. Hes in the area.

Shock: they can?! Awesome! I didn't know that =) I'll have to call them and inquire about pricing.
Aaron: Gorgeous animals, but their Lessers are expensive still a viable option if nothing else pans out though, thanks!

You can try to talk Kaorte out of the gorgeous Lesser she's getting from me but good luck on that lol.
Yeah the All animal expo is pretty good in the summer. If I'm lucky I won't have Lessers or Butters hatching this season because they will all be Leucistics! Dream on right?
Also save every dime you make this year for the NARBC show next Oct
