I quit cold turkey 9 YEARS agoIt's the only way to do it. Otherwise you keep craving because the nicotine never leaves your body. You just have to stick with it and after about 2 weeks you will notice how much better you already feel and you wont be craving because of nicotine, but just because of habit. Once you can metally get past that, you've got it. I wish you the BEST of luck. Keep us posted on your progress
