The bottom line here is, most of the people here put the same value on their pet snake as they do their pet dog, or their pet cat, and have a hard time understanding a seemingly callous response to getting proper medical care for their pet, an animal that depends 100% on the level of care you provide it.

If your snake is just a convenience and a low priority to your wallet, and even to your emotional response to it (or lack of emotional response), perhaps it's best to re-home it to someone who is willing to get it the proper care that it needs.
Yep, I've spent every moment since I got home from work doing just that. Thanks

I really am not completely cold and callous about this subject, I have been tending to my snake frequently. I have been on this forum, visiting friends and calling people trying to get a solution. Everyone please stop criticizing my character because I have a hard time justifying the cost, and an even harder time getting CREDIT, e.g. going into DEBT for this. I have been diligently searching for a viable solution to this.
