Witchy Woman

So my bearded dragon Isis has become a total witch lately! Black bearding when we go to pick her up, running away to the far back corner of her tank when we try to pick her up, getting angry about us in general opening up her tank for everything except for food. Its starting to make cleaning her tank and giving her baths very difficult. We've discovered that she likes washcloths and towels so we left one in her tank for her to sleep on but she's still acting moody. She is about one and half years old. Is this because she wants to ... have a buddy and lay some eggs? Anyone have any ideas?

Oookk so today she started digging holes in the sand... I'm going to assume this has something to do with laying eggs? Bearded dragons can lay eggs even if they haven't done the dirty deed right? She hasn't been around another bearded dragon since we bought her and she was around her brothers and sisters... Could this be causing the witchy behavior too?

My 1 1/2 year old male has also just started acting very moody! He actually tried to attack me for the first time when I was getting some shed skin off of his toe..
